At our site in Böblingen you will find both as Member of test development team / silicon photonics (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities We are looking for a system and software test engineer (m/f/d) to join our test development team focusing on the silicon photonics testing capabilities of our product. With the mindset of an agile tester, you will work in a small, focused team collaborating closely with the international development teams who create the software for the Advantest V93000 SOC test system and supporting them in delivering superior quality. The job is located in the Böblingen office. Occasional remote work is possible.
