Responsibilities
- You will serve as the central point of contact between the holding company's IT department and the user sites to ensure the quality and suitability of the services
- You will assume product responsibility for key IT service management tools, particularly the ticketing system, the CMDB, and the monitoring solution
- You will coordinate collaboration between internal IT departments and the locations, clarify requirements in a structured manner, and provide advisory support
- You will lead your own projects, support business units in multi-project management, and coordinate the implementation of new IT systems from planning through to service deployment
- You will ensure the quality of the CMDB, monitor the agreed-upon services, and report regularly on status and progress to division management
- You will prepare relevant information and, in collaboration with the business and marketing departments, shape internal IT communication, for example through newsletters
Profile
- A degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification obtained through relevant training and several years of professional experience forms the foundation of your background
- You combine a strong customer- and service-oriented mindset with solution-oriented and confident communication with all stakeholders
- Ideally, you have professional experience in IT service management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- You preferably have knowledge of ITIL as well as experience using tools such as ticket systems (e.g., Znuny/OTRS), a CMDB (e.g., i-doit), and Confluence & Jira
- You are familiar with the use of AI in your day-to-day work and ideally have some experience with prompting complex tasks
- Fluency in spoken and written German rounds out your profile
- As an open and communicative person, you impress with your strong customer focus and build lasting relationships with all stakeholders through your confident demeanor and active networking
