Build the System Powering AI-Native Sales.

A fast-growing AI startup in Munich is hiring a senior full-stack engineer to scale its core platform and build the next generation of AI-driven products.

The product is live and generating strong revenue with enterprise customers.

A second product line (AI voice agent) is in active development and already in customer hands.

The team is small, highly technical, and operating at high velocity.

This is a high-ownership role with real impact.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale core product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Work across both the existing product and new AI agent system
• Take features from idea → production with speed and pragmatism
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term system design
• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability as usage grows
• Collaborate closely with founders and senior engineers on product direction
• Operate as a generalist across multiple parts of the stack

Tech Stack

• TypeScript / Node.js (core)
• React / Next.js (frontend)
• Python (AI / agentic workflows)
• Cloud infrastructure and APIs

Strong engineering fundamentals matter more than specific tools.

You Should Have

• Strong full-stack engineering experience (TypeScript / Node.js essential)
• Experience building and shipping production systems end-to-end
• Background in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
• High ownership and ability to operate autonomously
• Product mindset - able to prioritise, ship, and iterate quickly
• Ability to work across different layers of the stack

Bonus

• Experience with AI products, LLMs, or agent-based systems
• Exposure to DevOps, architecture, or data systems
• Previous founding / early engineer experience
• Experience scaling B2B SaaS products
