The seat grows with what you do in it. * You take the outbound motion we've already tested and run it every day. The playbook and the lists already exist. Your job is to dial and crush a clear quota of attended discovery calls with qualified roofers. * You improve your script and objection-handling with each call. * You work directly with our CEO & Founder Basti to fuel our growth. * You become our outbound machine, laugh about how bad our old numbers were, and get rewarded for doing so.
